Sausage Balls


Equipment

  • Oven
  • Baking sheet (or two)
  • Large mixing bowl

Ingredients

  • 1lb pork sausage
  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • 1lb shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ΒΌ cup rosemary
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine all ingredients until fully incorporated.
  3. Pick & roll into walnut sized balls.
  4. Bake for ~25 minutes.

Notes

  • This is best served with some kind of jelly to dip as it gives the feeling of eating bite sized breakfast sausage biscuits
  • I use a stand mixer to combine the ingredients
  • Depending on how large the baking sheet is, you might need multiple or to do them in multiple batches
